2.Enquiries and required fields

We process your name, email and message to consider and answer your enquiry. These fields are required to submit the form; it cannot be sent without them. Company, phone, event date and approximate number of children are optional. We also record the form language and the time of receipt with the enquiry.

For an initial quote, do not send children’s names, national identification numbers, health information or other sensitive details. This form is not intended to register children for an event.

We send the enquiry to office@joannagency.com through Cloudflare. The application does not store its content in its own database. This does not exclude processing during delivery, in the mailbox, technical logs and backups.

3.Purposes and legal bases

When you request a quote as an individual for a contract to which you will be a party, processing necessary to prepare that contract is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

When you contact us as an organisation’s representative, processing your business contact details and correspondence to answer and prepare a proposal is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in maintaining business relations with the organisation you represent. The same basis applies to answering general questions that do not involve preparing your contract.

To deliver and protect the website, we process necessary technical data based on our legitimate interest in maintaining availability and preventing abuse. You may object to this processing by writing to office@joannagency.com.

The form does not require consent for these purposes and does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

4.Visits, security and technical logs

On a visit, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical request and browser information to deliver and protect the website. The form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated requests before submission.

On submission, your IP address is used for rate limiting and Turnstile verification; it is not included in the enquiry email. Technical events and errors may be retained in logs. The application does not intentionally log form content.

5.Providers and recipients

Enquiries are intended for the team answering them and preparing proposals. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, Turnstile checks and email sending. The mailbox provider processes receipt and storage of correspondence.

The office@joannagency.com mailbox is hosted by SuperHosting (superhosting.bg).
